Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 31, 2022, Danfeng Xu resigned as the Treasurer and Controller of The InterGroup Corporation effective immediately.

Ms. Xu’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board, or with respect to any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
