JBT Marel Corporation (f/k/a John Bean Technologies Corporation), a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “JBT Marel”), is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) to provide certain financial information with respect to Marel hf., a public limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Iceland (“Marel”). The consolidated financial statements of Marel as of December 31, 2024 and 2023, and for each of the years in the three-year period ended December 31, 2024 and the related notes thereto and the related report of KPMG Accountants N.V., Marel’s independent auditors, are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and are incorporated herein by reference.
