Other Events.

On May 2, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $1.45 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on May 31, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
