Other Events

On May 26, 2026, the Company presented its Phase 3 clinical data for LPCN 1154 and a poster at the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology (ASCP) Annual Meeting held May 26^th through the 29^th, 2026 in Miami Beach, FL. The presentation highlighted the results from Lipocine’s Phase 3 placebo-controlled trial evaluating LPCN 1154 (oral brexanolone) for the treatment of postpartum depression (PPD). The presentation and poster are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2 to this report and are incorporated by reference herein.
