On June 2, 2025, MicroStrategy^® Incorporated d/b/a Strategy^™ (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, subject to market and other conditions, it intends to conduct an initial public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its Perpetual Stride Preferred Stock.
