Other Events

On April 23, 2021, Moxian, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11:00 A.M. local time on June 25, 2021, at Unit 911, Tower 2, Silvercord, 30 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong SAR. Shareholders as of the record date, close of business on May 21, 2021, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
