Other Events.

On April 8, 2024, Notable Labs, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the presentation of data related to innovations in the use of cryopreserved samples in the Company’s Predictive Precision Medicine Platform (PPMP) assay at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR 2024) conference being held in San Diego, California. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
