Other Events.

On July 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of August 5, 2021, and will be paid on or about August 19, 2021.
