Other Events

Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc., in a press release issued April 28, 2023, made a correction to its March 17, 2023 press release that announced a share repurchase program. The announcement stated that the correct amount authorized for the share repurchase program was $10 million of the Company’s common stock.
