Effective as of June 24, 2026, PIMCO Income Strategy Fund II (the “Fund”) is permitted to, as a principal investment strategy, invest in and/or originate loans.

The supplement to the Fund’s prospectus and statement of additional information disclosing this change is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
