On August 23, 2021, Minnie Baylor-Henry, a director of PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she is resigning from the Board of Directors effective September 1, 2021. Ms. Baylor-Henry has found her other commitments make it difficult for her to devote the level of attention to the affairs of the Company that she feels is appropriate for a member of the Board.
