On May 16, 2022, PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “PolarityTE Reports First Quarter 2022 Financial Results and Provides Business Update,” reporting unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet information as of March 31, 2022, and December 31, 2021, and unaudited condensed consolidated results of operations and cash flows information for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2022 and 2021.
