Other Events

On October 22, 2024, Princeton Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable November 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of November 5, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated here by reference.
