Other Events

On January 22, 2025, Princeton Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable February 28, 2025, to shareholders of record as of February 5, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated here by reference.
