Other Events

On April 22, 2025, Princeton Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable May 29, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 6, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated here by reference.
