On February 6, 2024, Rekor Systems, Inc. posted a corporate investor presentation to its website (the “Presentation”). The Presentation is intended to be used by the Company in future investor meetings. A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference.
