Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective July 16, 2023, Mr. David Palach’s term as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Save Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) concluded following Ms. Lital Barda’s return from maternity leave. Mr. Palach will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Biographical information for Ms. Barda is available in the Company’s annual report filed on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2023, and such information is incorporated herein by reference.
