SKYX Platforms Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on July 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at 2855 W. McNab Road, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069. At the Annual Meeting:
