Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 16, 2024, Kent Christensen, General Counsel and Secretary of Solo Brands, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from such roles, effective December 31, 2024. Chris Blevins, the Company’s current Deputy General Counsel, is expected to serve as Interim General Counsel and Secretary of the Company, effective as of December 31, 2024.
