Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 15, 2021, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

The information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.

Other Events.

On March 15, 2021, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.36 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2021 to the Company’s stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2021.
