Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 12, 2025, TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of a collateralized loan obligation, TRTX 2025-FL6, through certain of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries.
