	(b)	On April 6, 2026, W. Kirk Wycoff, a member of the Board of Directors of USCB Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary U.S. Century Bank (the “Bank”), notified the Company of his resignation as a director of the Company effective April 6, 2026 in order to permit him to focus his time and energy on other business ventures. His resignation as a director was not due to a disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Wycoff for his long and valued service as a director of the Company and the Bank.
