Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 19, 2021, W. R. Grace & Co. ("Grace" or the "Company") issued a press release commenting on the effects that the extreme winter weather that impacted Texas and Louisiana in mid-February of this year had on the Company, its employees, operations, and customers, and updating the Company's first quarter 2021 guidance.
