Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 11, 2025, Shane Crehan notified Zoom Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his role as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer, effective as of May 2, 2025. Mr. Crehan has accepted a position at another company and his decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company has commenced a search process to identify Mr. Crehan’s successor. Upon Mr. Crehan’s departure, Michelle Chang, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer. Ms. Chang, age 50, was appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective October 7, 2024. Additional biographical information for Ms. Chang may be found in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on October 1, 2024.
