This Amendment No. 1 to Trex Company, Inc.’s Current Report on Form 8-K is furnished to include a transcript of the earnings conference call held on May 9, 2024.

Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 9, 2024, Trex Company, Inc. (Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2024, as previously furnished. Also, on May 9, 2024, the Company held a conference call to discuss financial and operating results. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
