Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.
The securities to be registered hereunder constitute shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Acuren Corporation (the “Registrant”). The Common Stock is being registered in connection with the listing of the Registrant’s Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). A description of the Common Stock is set forth in Exhibit 4.1 to the Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2025, and such description is incorporated herein by reference.
