This Registration Statement on Form 8-A relates to the 2.950% Notes due 2031 and the 3.450% Notes due 2037 (collectively, the “Notes”) of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (the “Company”). For a description of such securities, reference is made to the information under the heading “Description of Notes” in the prospectus supplement, dated February 10, 2025, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on February 11, 2025, pursuant to Rule 424(b)(2) under the Securities Act of 1933, and under the heading “Description of Debt Securities” in the prospectus, dated November 20, 2023, contained in the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-275663), which was filed with the Commission on November 20, 2023 and became automatically effective upon filing.
