Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

The securities to be registered hereby are the 6.875% Subordinated Notes due 2065 (the “Notes”) of KKR & Co. Inc. (the “Issuer”). The Notes are guaranteed by KKR Group
Partnership L.P., an indirect subsidiary of the Issuer. Descriptions of the Notes are contained in a prospectus dated May 8, 2024 (the “Prospectus”), constituting part of the Issuer’s registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-279233),
and a supplement to the Prospectus dated May 20, 2025 (the “Prospectus Supplement”) and filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The description of the Notes contained in the Prospectus under the heading
