    Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

    Tammy M. Finley, the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, will be leaving the organization and beginning her retirement. Effective March 2, 2025, Ms. Finley is expected to serve in an advisory capacity through May 2, 2025, to support the transition of the role. Ms. Finley’s separation triggered termination without due cause payment pursuant to her employment agreement with the Company. The Company thanks Ms. Finley for her more than 25 years of service in both the legal and human resources functions.
