On September 4, 2024, Blue Ridge Bank, National Association (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc., separated employment with C. Douglass Riddle, the Executive Vice President and the Commercial Banking Executive of the Bank, effective September 9, 2024.
In connection with his departure, Mr. Riddle will be entitled to receive compensation and benefits in accordance with Section 4(c) of his employment agreement, dated as of October 23, 2023, attached as Exhibit 10.4 to Amendment No. 1 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 31, 2023.
