On March 3, 2025, Corcept Therapeutics Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration filed the Company’s New Drug Application submission for its proprietary, selective cortisol modulator, relacorilant, to treat patients with endogenous hypercortisolism (Cushing’s syndrome). The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
