On December 9, 2024, CVS Health Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the expiration and tender results of its cash tender offer for any and all of its 4.100% Senior Notes due 2025, in connection with the Company’s previously announced cash tender offers commenced on December 2, 2024.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference herein.
