On April 17, 2025 Peter Luthiger was terminated as enCore Energy Corp.’s (the “Company”) Chief Operating Officer.
Dain McCoig, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Operations, will oversee operations and report to Robert Willette, the Company’s Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer.

On April 22, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing updates at the Alta Mesa central production plant and wellfield. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
