Fair Isaac Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on February 14, 2024. Of the 24,835,867 shares of common stock entitled to vote, 22,550,608 shares were present at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy.
