On September 16, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (the “Company”) named Mr. Robert Toohey as Corporate Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer of the Company, succeeding Ms. L. Denise Williams, effective January 1, 2025. Ms. Williams will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief People Officer through December 31, 2024.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Toohey served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Allstate Insurance Company, overseeing global human resources strategy and operations. Over his 30+ year career, Mr. Toohey has held substantial human resources leadership roles at significant companies like Verizon Media and GTE Corporation.
