On January 14, 2025, Or Kles, Chief Financial Officer of My Size, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as the Company’s CFO, to be effective March 31, 2025. Mr. Kles will remain with the Company through the effective date of his resignation to assure a smooth transition of his responsibilities. Mr. Kles has advised the Company that his resignation was due to personal reasons and not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company. The Company has initiated a search for a qualified candidate for the CFO position.
