Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Oscar Health, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the 2025 Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference (the “Conference”) on March 3, 2025. At the Conference, the Company will reaffirm the full year 2025 guidance that it provided in its financial results press release for the fourth quarter of 2024, dated February 4, 2025.
