On December 12, 2024, Dr. Helene D. Gayle provided notice of her resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately on December 12, 2024. Dr. Gayle resigned voluntarily for strictly personal reasons. The Board is grateful to Dr. Gayle for her service and contributions to the Company.
