Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 30, 2024, Gregory White notified TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) that he resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. White indicated to the Company that his resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or any member of the Board or the Company’s senior management team on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
