The Board of Directors of Western Asset Intermediate Muni Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) has amended and restated in its entirety the bylaws of the Fund (the “Fourth Amended and Restated Bylaws”). The Fourth Amended and Restated Bylaws became effective November 15, 2024, are attached hereto as an Exhibit and are incorporated herein by reference.
