The Destra Multi-Alternative Fund (the "Fund" or "DMA") is pleased to announce that the Fund's Board of Trustees has approved a change to the Fund's holdings disclosure policy (the "Policy") and the frequency of the disclosure will move from quarterly to monthly. Effective immediately, the updated Policy provides for the disclosure of the Fund's complete portfolio holdings on the Fund's publicly available website at the end of each month, with a minimum lag time of ten calendar days (the actual posting date may vary if the 10th day is a holiday or weekend, in which case the holdings would be posted on the following business day). Destra Multi-Alternative Fund (DMA) (the "Fund") announced today that the Fund's Board of Trustees (the "Board") has approved a change in the structure of the Fund and effective immediately, the Fund's term will change from perpetual to one that expires pursuant to its Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust ("Declaration of Trust"). The Declaration of Trust provides that the Fund, unless certain targets are met, will dissolve at the close of business on March 31, 2027 (concurrent with the end of its 2026-27 fiscal year).
