Items of Business		• To elect the eight directors named in the accompanying proxy statement to our Board of Directors to hold office until the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders; • To ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for 2025; • To conduct an advisory vote to approve named executive officer compensation; and • To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting and any adjournment or postponement thereof.
