to be held at 10:00 am Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 13, 2023

Dear Stockholders of Spire Global, Inc.:

We cordially invite you to attend the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Spire Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to be held on June 13, 2023 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. The Annual Meeting will be conducted virtually via live audio webcast. You will be able to attend the Annual Meeting virtually by visiting www.proxydocs.com/SPIR, where you will be able to listen to the meeting live, submit questions and vote online.

We are holding the Annual Meeting for the following purposes, as more fully described in the accompanying proxy statement:


	1.	To elect one Class II director to serve until the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified;


	2.	To ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as our independent registered public accounting firm for our fiscal year ending December 31, 2023;


3.	To approve an amendment to our Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our outstanding Class A and Class B common stock at a reverse stock split ratio ranging from any whole number between 1-for-2 and 1-for-50, subject to and as determined by our board of directors; and
