eXp World Holdings, Inc. (“eXp” or the “Company”) filed its definitive proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 9, 2026 in connection with the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
