(NASDAQ:FCAP), the holding company for First Harrison Bank (the "Bank"), entered into a Joint Rule 10b5-1/Rule 10b-18 Plan Agreement (the "Plan") under which the Company's designated broker will have the authority to repurchase up to 113,236 shares of common stock of the Company commencing on September 4, 2025 and expiring August 28, 2026, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
