Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Horizon Corporation will be held on April 29, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time in the Auditorium of the First Horizon Building, M-Level Auditorium, 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103.
