Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at The Petroleum Club of Lafayette, 111 Heymann Boulevard, Lafayette, LA, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
