Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 14, 2025, Home BancShares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”) will be held on April 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) at the Company’s corporate office, located at 719 Harkrider Street, Conway, Arkansas. The record date for the 2025 Annual Meeting was February 7, 2025. A Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders is being mailed on February 14, 2025 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the record date. A copy of the Notice is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
