Shareholder Meeting Notice Kingsway Financial Services Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 20, 2024 at 9:00 am ET, at New York Stock Exchange, Siebert Hall, 11 Wall St, New York, NY 10005. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
