EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 14A is being filed to amend the definitive proxy statement of Meridian Corporation for its Annual Meeting of shareholders which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2025, in order to correct the meeting day on the Notice of Annual Meeting page from Tuesday, May 22, 2025 to Thursday, May 22, 2025.
